Hardware
Xairo is developed primarily for the Xreal Aura. Meta Quest is supported as a secondary option, with a reduced feature set.
Xreal Aura
The recommended hardware for Xairo. It is light, robust and comfortable to wear. And since it doesn’t block your view, you can use it while working for extended periods.
Meta Quest*
For anyone who already owns a Quest, we also provide a Meta Quest version of Xairo. The feature set may be limited depending on the version.

Frequently asked questions
What exactly is a "lifetime license"?+
A lifetime license gives you a permanent right of use: paid once, includes setup and onboarding, unlimited use. You additionally need access to the Xairo Online Manager, which can be booked separately.
What happens if I stop paying the server fee?+
Access to the Xairo Online Manager remains available, but the Xairo avatar can no longer access it and becomes inactive. If you resume payment, you immediately regain full access, with no data loss.
What happens if I don’t take out a maintenance contract?+
Nothing to do in the first year, support is already included in the license. From year 2 onward, Xairo remains usable even without a maintenance contract, just without updates and support.
Do I need my own OpenAI account?+
For a purchase, yes: you connect Xairo to your own OpenAI account and usage is billed directly by OpenAI. We help you set it up. For the trade show kit, you don’t need your own account, the token allowance is already included in the price.
Do I need special hardware?+
Xairo is developed primarily for the Xreal Aura. Anyone who already owns a Meta Quest can also use Xairo there, though the feature set may differ by version.
How does the trade show kit differ from buying?+
The trade show kit is a short-term, fully managed loan for temporary use, e.g. for an event, a trade show, or a trial, not a permanent solution. The lifetime license is meant for ongoing use.
